This wonderful site on the left bank of Paris was once a printshop, then a famous transvestite bar and restaurant. We hope our restaurant recaptures some of the glamour and liveliness of Alcazar's illustrious past, whilst giving it a twist of modernity. We'd like to think we've created somewhere that reflects the end of the twentieth century in just the way that Paris's famously grand brasseries reflect the end of the nineteenth century.
