Relaxation is an art form in the Caribbean and at Caribbean Scene we have developed our dining options to encourage relaxation to the maximum. In the Caribbean when the atmosphere is pleasing we say the 'Vibes are Irie'. Our objective is to ensure that all our diners feel Irie!

In many ways Caribbean cuisine can be described as the cuisine of the world. It is like no place on earth - its history and people form a rich and diverse cultural mix. Its flavours are the result of the blending of the foods of the many people who have arrived from all corners of the world over hundreds of years, making the Caribbean basin their home and enhancing its intriguing culinary mix. A wide variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, marinated fish and meats are the staples of a good Caribbean kitchen.


Entertainment is a large part of the unique Caribbean Scene dining experience. We are proud to present the live sounds of the Caribbean in the Hurricane Bar on Friday and Saturday evenings. Musical genres include Mento, Merenge, Classic Reggae, Calypso, Steel Pan, Son, Tamboo & Salsa.
