Chef Thomas Han has created a special set five course menu, entitled ‘aquatic flavours’, at his marvelous restaurant DINE, near Chancery Lane. This set menu costs £50 per head and includes an amuse bouche, a starter of diver caught scallops, melting chicory, Black Sarawak pepper and bitter orange zest; a main course of Atlantic bass tandoori-style, crunchy radishes with coriander and crispy ginger; a cheese plate and to finish, your choice of dessert.
