Dish Dash draws its influence from the culinary mother of the
Middle East, Persia – a land from which many of our ingredients are native. At Dish
Dash we specialise in Mazza - a delicious variety of hot and cold appetisers, Kababs –
marinated in traditional flavours and cooked on our chargrill and Khoresh – delicate
and refined stews, slow cooked in fragrant Persian spices. For a quick lunch we recommend one of the above for a lazy lunch or dinner, why not try all three!

A Dish Dash is a versatile fulllength shirt worn by men of the desert. Not only the height of fashion, it can also serve as a tablecloth, dishcloth, or even to fan the flames of a fire! Sharibar – describes the pleasurable state induced byimbibing shisha smoke or intoxicating liquors – OmarKhayyam, the famous 12th Century Persian poet, was an advocate of both! Sharibar – our downstairs bar is ideal for private parties andis available for hire at any time. It is also open Thursday to Saturday nights, 6-12pm
