The East Wintergarden is a stunning events venue in the heart of Canary Wharf. The spectacular glass covered atrium, is a unique event space boasting a light and elegant atmosphere perfect for hosting exhibitions, cocktail parties, launches, receptions, fashion shows, dinners & press events. The East Wintergarden features a 27-metre high arched glass roof structure, 682 square metres of uninterrupted Italian marble floor and steamed beech wooden wall panelling.

The main hall is ideal for a religious ceremony with theatre style seating up to 600. This will include a stage area for a mandap if required. We do allow a small fire in the venue as part of the ceremony but we will require a health and safety assessment to ensure the process is safe for all guests.

Why not split the room in two and have seating at the back o the venue to serve lunch? You can seat up to 350 guests on 5ft round tables of 10. Our preferred Asian caterers can offer buffet style service to maximise use of the space.

The main hall can then be re dressed for evening celebrations perfect for a sit down dinner and dance for 450 guests. This is to include a top table and dance area. The marble floor is ideal to dance on so no need for a dance floor.

The Gallery, suspended above the main floor, can accommodate up to 120 guests seated and 250 for a reception. The Gallery can be hired on its own and makes a great alternative space for smaller functions and drinks receptions whilst still enjoying the striking architecture

The Promenade Room is available for use in conjunction with the East Wintergarden and is a multi-media meeting room, large enough for 40 theatre style and 25 boardroom style – ideal for a civil ceremony or private changing area for the bride.
