The name JAAN is derived from the ancient Sanskrit word meaning dish or bowl. The logo consists of five strands to represent the five elements of Asian cooking – fish, poultry, meat, rice and vegetables – and depicts the shape of a bowl.
The cuisine of JAAN is inspired by modern French cooking enhanced with delicate and subtle Asian flavours and spices, which is created by our Executive Chef Simon Duff. Signature dishes include Wild Pigeon and Foie Gras and Rabbit and Lobster Roulade. Our Sommelier will be delighted to assist you with JAAN’s extensive Wine List which also offers carefully chosen wines by the glass to complement each dish.
JAAN’s décor is contemporary and elegant. The ceiling-to-floor sliding glass doors overlook the serene garden courtyard, which offers al fresco dining during warmer months. With its soothing waterfall it is a rare find in London. JAAN in combination with the garden courtyard provides the perfect venue for themed parties and weddings.
