Jin Korean situated in the heart of soho is kool & hip yet mature in the food it serves to its wide client base who range from city professional to your 5am people. They have worked out the knack of providing authentic Korean food presented in a refreshing fashion. All meat and vegetables are barbecued at the tables by the staff. The food is extremely healthy, dishes are spicy but less oily and the food is freshly marinated. Why I like this way of cooking is that its simple and that you can see exactly what you are eating and its also nice to get involved in the barbecue process once in a while away from your mother-in-laws garden.
