Located in the Chiswick Moran Hotel in leafy West London, city chic meets retro glamour at destination restaurant, Napa.
The menus, which change quarterly to incorporate the best locally sourced, British seasonal produce, are designed by Head Chef Wayne Dixon, formerly of Quaglinos and Bush Bar & Grill. Wayne specialises in creating modern British cuisine with a twist.
Main dishes include the delicious roasted rump of new season lamb with grilled vegetables, okra, coriander & tomato dressing and pan-fried seabass with brown shrimp & samphire risotto and lemon oil. Decadent desserts include baked warm Bakewell tart with clotted cream, Belgian chocolate fondant with anglaise sauce and classic Eaton Mess.

The restaurant is also renowned for its steak dishes and all of Napa’s beef is from the ‘Charolais’ herd from the ‘Farm house’ estate in Shrivenham. All joints have been matured for 14 days on the bone and 14 days off, from cattle of a maximum of seven months old, giving diners the tastiest, most tender, local sourced beef there is.
The wine list is international but features a generous selection from the world-class Californian wine region after which the restaurant is named.
