QC, the new 120-cover restaurant in Holborn, is connected to The Renaissance Chancery Court Hotel, though this will be like no ordinary hotel dining experience. With its rising-star chef Jun Tanaka (previously at MPW The Oak Room, The Square and Chives) and restaurant manager Dominique Couillaud (previously responsible for the launch of Indigo at One Aldwych and High Holborn), QC has recruited staff that are both serious and savvy,determining its place as one of London's finest destination restaurants.
The concentration on excellent food at QC, cannot be overstated.

Jun Tanaka is already establishing a unique menu of signature dishes. His foundations are classic French cuisine, but delivered with a technical expertise and
knowledge which allow him to transform normally heavy, rich dishes into food that is
more fresh and contemporary, but still infused with intense flavour. Huge tan
leather sofas and deep purple velvet banquettes, positioned in the
individual cloisters formed by the glass partitions, signify the aim of QC to provide
comfortable surroundings, with impeccable service. There are no second
sittings, no hurried bookings or harassed waiting staff. The philosophy behind QC is
to offer the luxury of grand hotel surroundings, but with the personal
attention to detail that normally only top independent restaurants provide.
