Trojka cuisine is a combination of Russian and Polish traditional food. What puts Trojka on the map is the way they make their tea, this is done in the traditional way with a slice of lemon, when the occassion calls they use the Babusz - traditional Russian flask to prepare the tea. On fridays and saturdays they play Russian music which definately puts everyone in the mood.
