ZINC Bar & Grill sees another addition to its successful portfolio with the launch of a sixth restaurant and bar. Whilst sharing the same culinary principles and ingredient sources as étain (its neighbour restaurant), the menu at ZINC focuses on grills and classic brasserie style dishes with deep, robust flavours along with terrines and salads. For example: terrine of chicken liver parfait, toasted brioche; chilled tomato gazpacho; herb roasted Poussin, potato puree and young vegetables; and poached Duart salmon, steamed asparagus, dill new potatoes and tarragon beurre blanc.

Conran & Partners have created a relaxed contemporary interior using kidney shaped 'jube jube' sofas in orange, pink and red tones, leather cubes and bar stools and a dramatic wooden waved ceiling. The dining area seats 40 with additional seating for 25 on the terrace and the bar 50.
